Update September 2008

With effect from 1st September 2008 the statutory homeloss payment for tenants has been increased to £4,700.

Homeloss payments for owner occupiers remain at 10% of the market value, with a minimum Homeloss payment of £4,700 and a maximum payment of £47,000.
