Proposed New Housing Sites

There are two sites that have now received planning permission and work is due to start:

The Firs

Located on Larch Croft in Chelmsley Wood, the site will consist of 18 two bedroom apartments

Cygnet Grove

Located on Greenfinch Road in Smith's Wood, there will be 5 two bedroom bungalows, 25 three and two bedroom apartments and 24 two bedroom apartments.

 

How will the funds from new housing improve open space and build new Village Centres?
