New Housing

Chapel Walk, Chelmsley Wood Chapek Walk, Chelmsley Wood Chapel Walk, Chelmsley Wood Alcott Grove, the first completed scheme by the North Solihull Partnership.

Currently there are five new housing sites built or being built by Bellway Homes (one of the Regenerating North Solihull partners). These sites are:

  • Alcott Grove

Located on Winchester Drive in Chelmsley Wood. This site has already sold out, with most of the properties bought by local people.   • Chapel Walk

Located on Chapelhouse Road in Fordbridge. We've had huge success on this site with our First Time Buyers Initiative. The scheme consists of 61 three and four-bedroom houses and 24 two-bedroom apartments.

  • Merstone Grange

Located on Exeter Drive, Chelmsley Wood. This scheme holds 20 three and four-bedroom houses and 2 one-bedroom apartments.

  • Burtons Farm Park

Located on Tamar Drive in Smiths Wood. There are two, three and four bedroom homes on this scheme plus a selection of two-bedroom apartments.   • Keeper's Gate

This scheme is located on the Chelmsley Road, and will be adjacent to the new Village Centre which will contain health services, shopping and first class communitiy features.
