Who are we?
The North Solihull Partnership consists of the following partners: Bellway Homes has over 50 years' experience in housebuilding and is one of the countries largest residential developers. At any one time Bellway is active on more than 200 sites nationwide, and has significant experience in partnering organisations, developing brownfield sites and regenerating inner city schemes.
Roles
Regenerating North Solihull is a complex project that demands a great level of commitment and co-operation from all of our four partners, and most importantly the support from the local community.
How it works
The Regenerating North Solihull project works almost like a recycling system. Funding is generated through Solihull Council selling vacant land to Bellway Homes. The profit Bellway creates through the sale of these homes is then ploughed back into the project, providing the funding for new primary schools, Village Centres and improvements to infrastructure and green space.
