Strategic Framework
The strategy that underpins all of the regeneration is called the strategic framework. This strategy which was originally developed in 2004 was reviewed in late 2008 and we spoke to residents and stakeholders about our findings in early 2009.
Design Code
With so many aspects of the project needing to be worked up at the same time, we brought all of the design and development consultants together to share ideas and formulate a Design Code.
