This development is located between Greenfinch Road and Heather Close.

Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in July 2009.  Click here to see the results of that consultation.

Following this consultation a planning application was submitted and approval was given in September 2009 to build 51 Houses for sale and rent.  Click here to go to Planning Services and type in Ref. 2009/1275 to view the approved site plan and associated documents.

Construction started on this site in December 2010.

In December 2011, the plans for this development were amended to build 53 houses for rent. Click here to see the amended plan for this development.
