Heron Heights (NAW 2 & 3)

This development is located on Auckland Drive.

Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in March 2007.

Following this consultation a planning application was submitted and approval was given in October 2007 to build 52 three and four bed Houses for rent. 

In October 2009, a minor amendment to plots 1-12 was approved.

Construction work has been completed on this site and all the properties are now occupied.
