Solihull Community Housing (SCH) has just started work on its biggest ever new housing development bringing £3. 5m regeneration investment to North Solihull. The West Midlands housing organisation plans to breathe new life into a previously rundown area by building 24 much-needed affordable homes.
The new £10m Bishop Wilson Church of England Primary School threw open its doors for the first time on Friday 6th September 2013. The school is the latest addition to the North Solihull School improvement programme as well as forming a key element in the North Solihull Partnership's social and economic regeneration of Chelmund's Cross Village Centre.
