Regenerating North Solihull wins national Housebuilder award

(26th November 2007) The Regenerating North Solihull project has won a top national award at a ceremony in London hosted by the Home Builders Federation (HBF). The £1. 8 billion project, that will transform the three wards of Chelmsley Wood, Smith's Wood and Kingshurst & Fordbridge over the next 15 years, won the Best Partnership between a Developer and the Public Sector at the Housebuilding Innovation Awards.
