Sporting Fun & Games Offered to Youngsters in North Solihull
(27th July 2007) Children in North Solihull are being offered the chance to enjoy two weeks of sporting fun and games at Smith's Wood Sports College this summer. The two-week long event, being run by Positive Futures, gives 8-12 year olds the chance to get active and involved in the community.
£500,000 investment in sport to enhance community engagement in North Solihull
(11th August 2006) A £500,000 community sport initiative kicks off this summer to engage with local young people who live in the 1,000 acre Regenerating North Solihull area. This pioneering initiative has been specifically designed to target 10 – 24 year olds.
