Lanchester Park

Lanchester Park Consultation December 2007

 

In December last year, we held an event at Park Hall School so people could have their say about the plans to transform Lanchester Park.

Lots of people gave us their feedback and comments about the designs for the park. So, thank you to all the people that came to the event, we even received a petition from over 100 young people giving their support for the designs.

The plans displayed at the consultation showed additional landscaping and tree planting. Plus, a new a multi-use games court, a skate and BMX park, and football pitches.

Now we've had people's comments, there will be another chance to see the plans and let us know what you think. We'll let you know when we hold another event, so watch this space.
