Windy Arbor Junior and Infant School

Windy Arbor will be totally rebuilt: the same great school, but with brand-new facilities.   The school is planned to be built on the same site and the existing school will stay open until the new one is built.

Hatchford Primary School

We are planning to combine Bennett's Well and Hatchford schools to create a new primary school.   We are still working with the schools and Solihull Council's education experts to find the best way of combining the schools.

St Anthony's Catholic School

There will be a formal consultation and we will write to all parents and others affected.   There will also be a chance to discuss the proposals face-to-face, but this will not happen for several years.

Alcott Hall

We are planning to combine Coleshill Heath and Alcott Hall schools to create a new primary school. We are still working with the schools and Solihull Council's education experts to find the best way of combining the schools.

Kingfisher Primary School

Kingfisher Primary School is being totally rebuilt: the same great school, but with brand-new facilities. The school will form a big part of the new Smith's Wood village centre off Arran Way when it is built in a few years' time, and with two classes in each year and lots of community facilities, the school really will be a major boost to the area.

Kingshurst Infant and Junior Schools

Kingshurst Infant School and Kingshurst Junior school have combined to create a new primary school on the same site.   This is the first completed school as part of Regenerating North Solihull and is a large milestone in the progress of the project.
