This development is located on Chelmsley Road next to Keepers Lodge Centre.

Consultation with local residents and stakeholders was carried out on our detailed design for this area in August 2006.

Following this consultation a planning application was submitted and approval was given in June 2007 to build 43 Houses and Apartments for sale.  Click here to go to Planning Services and type in Ref. 2007/430 to view the approved site plan and associated documents.

Construction work has been completed on this site and all properties are now occupied.
